How clean is the shoreline at the Lake of the Ozarks? Just as a volunteer who worked with Ameren Missouri this year for the Fall cleanup. Hundreds gathered to help Ameren and other organizations work to keep the Lake clean and Ameren’s Brian Vance says it was not an easy one this year due to the water
Vance explains how this year’s Fall shoreline cleanup turned out an antique, of sorts
Vance says the water level was actually near the 660 mark which did make it challenging to clean the shoreline, usually it’s down more than that but volunteers didn’t mind and the work continued all the way up to the 60 mile marker. Ameren is calling this year’s fall cleanup a success and they are already planning the Spring cleanup.
