Ameren Missouri will hold two public workshops in January to talk with the public and resource agencies about the project boundary.
The workshops will be held Tuesday, January 3rd at the Inn at the Grand Glaize on the parkway in Osage Beach and Thursday, January 5th at the Lake West Christian Academy in Sunrise Beach on Highway 5. Both workshops are set to last from six to eight.
Ameren is planning to put the boundary at the 662 elevation for most lakefront properties with revisions below 662 for encroaching dwellings. In a statement the company says the boundary will not change in certain areas, including project facilities, public recreation sites, historic sites, sensitive resource areas, and state parks.
If you are unable to attend the workshops and would like to comment you can e-mail Ameren at [email protected] or call 573-365-7203.
