Another Tubing Crash Sends A Teen To The Hospital

Another tubing crash on the Lake of the Ozarks sends a teen to the hospital.

According to the highway patrol’s water division, it happened at the 6-mile mark of the Niangua arm.

They say 17-year-old Kylie Meyer was thrown from her inner tube when the 1999 Starcraft boat she was being towed on attempted to negotiate a curve in the lake.

She impacted the water, receiving minor injuries, and was taken to Lake Regional for treatment.

A similar crash happened earlier in the week affecting another teen on the Grand Glaize arm.
