Two major events in the Lake Area are being canceled due to ongoing concerns over COVID 19
The events held annually at Dog Days in Osage Beach include the White Party and Aquapalooza.
According to restaurant owner Mark Barrett, the decision was made to protect patrons and the numerous bands scheduled for the events.
It joins the list of large events already canceled for this year, including Lake Race.
A number of concerts planned for the Ozark Amphitheater in Camdenton have also been rescheduled in the wake of the virus.
