A number of Lake Area racetracks are getting ready to kick off their delayed season openers.

Lebanon’s Mid-way Speedway is reopening this Friday night with racing action starting at 7PM.

Both the Lake Ozark Speedway  in Eldon and the Lucas Oil Speedway in Wheatland are holding their season openers next weekend, on Saturday May 16th.

All tracks are setting up social distancing guidelines in the stands and concession areas.

Additionally, two national touring series are also announcing their return to the Lake area. The World of Outlaws Wing Sprint Cars are now scheduled for the Lake Ozark Speedway on Memorial Day weekend.

And the Lucas Dirt late models are returning Lucas Oil Speedway for the annual “Show Me 100,” now scheduled for July 18th as a double header.
