A man authorties say robbed the Macks Creek Bank in 1999 has been arrested in Independence. Camden County Sheriff Dwight Franklin says 47-year Joel Davis was apprehended at his home by officers from multiple jurisdictions. Davis is now being held at the Camden County Adult Detention Facility, with bond set at $150 thousand.
