The Highway Patrol reports a fairly busy Bikefest weekend. As of Monday morning, they report six arrests in the Lake Area. Those arrests include four arrests for driving while intoxicated, as well as two for misdemeanor warrants. One of the six people arrested was 32 year old Joshua Hudson of Jefferson City. Hudson was picked up just after 6 o’clock Friday evening and taken to the Miller County jail for Felony Driving While Revoked, Possession of up to 35 Grams of Marijuana, Unlawful Use of Drug Paraphernalia, and a Misdemeanor Warrant out of Cole County for Possession of Marijuana. The Highway Patrol does report, however, Sunday was quiet with the only arrest occurring just after midnight.
