Authorities Trying to Identify Suspect in Auto Theft

The Miller County Sheriff’s office is trying to identify a man believed to be connected to the theft of a pickup truck. A blue, 2016 GMC truck was stolen recently and was randomly stopped by law enforcement. There were two men inside the truck at the time – a black man and a white man. The black passenger in the vehicle was detained, but the white driver sped away from authorities.  Anyone with information as to the driver’s identity should contact the Miller County Sheriff’s office at 369-2341.
