A Lake Area flyover from the B-2 Stealth Bomber has people talking.
The first one happening just after 4pm, as the Bomber flew low over Camdenton.
For some people, it’s a trip down memory lane.
Dave from the Lake Area says by 1997 there were 12 of the state-of-the-art bombers at Whiteman Air Force Base.
Then around 6PM the Bomber returned over Osage Beach, on it’s way from Jefferson City to Springfield.
Gale is a health care professional in the Lake Area, and that flyover from the 131st Bomb Wing was for people in her profession, and also essential employees and volunteers working to stop the Coronavirus pandemic.
