Bagnell Dam will be closed to traffic for most of Tuesday and Wednesday this week.

Warren Witt with Ameren tells KRMS News the work applies to two of the eight blue circles that can be seen on the river side of the dam.
Witt says these are generators and units seven and eight will be getting the new head gates.
Traffic will be closed on the dam starting in the morning and then it’ll open either late afternoon or early evening.
