The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports a 19 year old Saint Charles man was taken to the hospital, after he tried to jump a speed bump while riding his Suzuki motorcycle in the Fairgrounds Apartments parking lot. Andrew Medlin was thrown from the bike, which struck another vehicle that was parked.
