Two important meetings are on tap for this evening in Camdenton and Osage Beach.
In Camdenton, city officials are holding an open house for developers, realtors, and other stake holders interested in learning more about the city’s new flexible zoning. The main topic of discussion will be Planned Unit Developments, which will allow for commercial or residential structures, or a combination of both, to be built on plots with a minimum of two acres. The open house is scheduled from 4-6pm.
In Osage Beach, the Board of Aldermen is seeking public input on a proposed single-provider trash pickup service. They’ll also be talking about ongoing upgrades to Mace Road. That meeting starts at 6pm.
Both meetings will be held in the cities’ respective city halls.
