An accident at a marina resulted in some damages to a boat but no injuries. The water patrol says a Bloomington, Illinois man was pulling away from a dock at the 26 mile marker when he applied too much throttle and lost control of the steering. The boat went into and onto the rental dock, where an alert employee was able to reach in and turn off the motor. Marina staff drove the boat back to the slip with moderate damages.
