A woman accused of keeping her kids in squalid living conditions has been granted a motion for reduced bond. Heather Bryant of Stover is charged with three counts of endangering the welfare of a child creating substantial risk. She was originally being held on a $15,000 surety bond. Following a court appearance on Wednesday, that was reduced to $5,000 with 10% cash or surety allowed. The conditions of the bond also forbid her from having contact with the kids unless approved by the children’s division or juvenile court. Bryant will be back in court for a case review May 29th.
