A 226-acre mixed use development passed a major hurdle Thursday (16) night when the Osage Beach Board of Alderman passed a recommendation from their Tax Increment Financing Commission to approve proposed financing of the project. Arrowhead Centre will be built on the former Dogwood Golf Course, which has been in major disrepair for sometime.
