A Miller County man will spend the next ten years of his life in prison. Brandon Truster of Brumley was on probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance when he was arrested for Second Degree Domestic Assault and Felonious Restraint. Truster admitted to holding a woman against her will and beating her. His original ten year sentence for Possession of a Controlled Substance was suspended, and he was also sentenced to seven years for both the domestic assault and the felonious restraint. The sentences were ordered to be served concurrently, meaning he will serve 10 years instead of 24.
