Missouri’s famous Burgers’ Smokehouse will be closing until next Monday for a deep cleaning, after 3 employees test positive for COVID 19

The company based in California Missouri, is one of the biggest producers of country ham in the nation. They also make bacon, smoked turkey, summer sausage, and many other products that are shipped nationwide.

In a statement, Burgers’ President Steven Burger says when they reopen, they plan to reduce the number of people in the production areas and break rooms to enforce social distancing. He is also buying additional face masks and will require wellness screenings before workers return.
