Two men arrested last week for a string of burglaries at Lake area businesses are now also charged with arson. 18-year-old Joshua Sabin of Versailles and 31-year-old Michael Dickson of the Horseshoe Bend area allegedly set fire to the Weaver’s Tire Service warehouse in Versailles on August 3rd to cover up a burglary there. Sabin and Dickson are accused of stealing over $50,000 worth of merchandise from the Family Center in Versailles, a Radio Shack in Eldon and another business in Lake Ozark. Morgan County Sheriff’s Detective Jason Yaeger says they cut through roofs and disabled security alarms and cameras, stealing jewelry, coins, electronics and other merchandise from businesses in Miller, Morgan and Camden counties. The two men are being held in the Morgan County Detention Center.
