The case against a Lake Ozark man accused of sex with a teenager will go to the circuit court after the defendant waived his right to a preliminary hearing. Bradley Ryan Russell allegedly had consensual sexual intercourse with a 14-year old girl he met while working at CALO – a behavioral health facility for troubled teens in Lake Ozark. Court documents indicate the girl snuck out of a lake area vacation home while she was visiting with a friend’s family during the Thanksgiving holiday. The two allegedly had sex at least twice that weekend. Russell faces two counts of second-degree statutory rape and four counts of second-degree statutory sodomy. His arraignment is scheduled for April 4th.
