Waste of time and money? That’s possible as it turns out a plan to turn an old Missouri Department of Transportation building in Montreal into an animal facility has been scrapped. According to reports, the county is looking to sell the property which will leave the Camden County Animal Control without having a proper place yet again. The Building has been sitting empty since it was purchased, however it was being used as a salt bin and storage shed for the county road department. The commission is looking to build something closer to the city of Camdenton.
