More efficiency and transparency within Camden County are being called the main reasons for the ongoing software upgrades in the old and new courthouses. County Auditor Jimmy Laughlin says the upgrade process actually started several years with the Recorder’s Office…
Upgrades for the system in the collector’s office are also on the radar. When it’s all said and done, according to Laughlin, the auditor’s website will have a public portal on it containing the all revenue and expenses, along with annual budgets for the county. The new software is all but paid for and the only expense remaining will be annual maintenance for the finished upgrades.
