Camden County Authorities Seeking Information About Domestic Assault Suspect

The Camden County Sheriff’s Department is turning to the public asking for help in finding a suspect accused of a domestic assault seriously injuring one person. Captain Chris Twitchel says that the incident happened in the Sunrise Beach with the suspect, identified as 43-year-old Scott Gruber, taking off from the scene before deputies arrived. Gruber is accused of throwing the unidentified victim through a door causing serious injuries. Formal charges have been filed including first-degree assault and third-degree domestic assault, both felonies, and misdemeanor harassment.
