The Camden County Commission officially have the budget for the 2015 year. This year the Commission says it’s a lean one with plenty of room to grow. According to Commissioner Beverly Thomas, the commission wanted to be more fiscally conservative when preparing the budget for residents this year. On their official hearing this past Friday, the county forecasted revenue just over $49 million with expenses just over $44 million. There will be more discussion to come and the Commissioners are comfortable adjusting anything that needs to be as the go forward.
