The Camden County Commission held a short but busy meeting on Tuesday. They approved the latest appointments to the Local Emergency Planning Committee, filling out all of the existing vacancies for that body. The commission also voted to place signage along Vantage Point lowering the speed limit from 35 to 15 miles per hour, citing concerns over speeding traffic in an area with two sharp 90-degree corners. The meeting held in commission chambers lasted about 20 minutes.
