Camden County Conducts Offender Checks on Halloween

It’s that time of the year again for Lake Area law enforcement, at least in Camden County. Captain Bill Moulder says Halloween is the time of year when officers fan out across the county checking to make sure registered offenders are going by the guidelines.

In the case of Camden County, the great majority of offenders were contacted and, according to Captain Moulder, there were no offenses discovered this time around.
