The Camden County Sheriff’s Department and the Linn Creek Police are leading the investigation of a break in that occurred over the weekend. The Camden County Museum was broken into some time between Sunday afternoon and early Monday morning. Museum Treasurer Kitt Kitterman says the items stolen were very valuable.
Kitterman also says they stole a Hawaiian dollar bill from World War II. The museum is completely self-funded with the majority of the items being donated. Anyone with information should contact Linn Creek Police.
