The Morris McCabe triple-murder trial will continue Monday at the Camden County courthouse, after a four-and-a-half month long recess. McCabe is charged with the December, 2010 shooting deaths of Donald Meyer, Donald Young and Sally Amos inside a mobile home in Stoutland. McCabe waived his right to a jury trial, and the case is being heard and will be decided by Judge Kenneth Hayden. On Monday morning, the proceedings will pick up exactly where they left off in February, when Hayden abruptly stopped the trial in the second day because of a dispute over DNA evidence in the case.
