A lease agreement that will bring thousands of dollars to the city will be before the Camdenton Board of Aldermen when they meet tonight. The board will review and vote on extending the lease with Fiberglass Tank Solutions at the city-owned Galva Foam Building. Since the initial lease was signed in 2014, the company has spent more than $46,000 on improvements to the property. That’s in addition to their regular lease fee. The new agreement is a 10-year lease with an initial payment of $30,000. The annual payments to the city will be $10,000 from May 1st of 2018 until May 1st of 2027. The Camdenton Board of Aldermen meets in regular session at 6:00 p.m.
