The city of Camdenton is one step closer towards becoming an Autism Friendly City.
In partnership with Stars for Autism, the city has been working on projects including a communications board and accessible swings at the city park.
Officials at the city say the board is up and the swings are in place despite COVID setbacks.
The project was partially funded though fundraisers put on by GO CAPS, a student led project to create communications boards in both Camdenton and Lebanon area parks.
Park officials say they have more on the project list, including adding accessible ramps to each playground.
