Camdenton Man Faces Drug Charge

A Camdenton man is being held on a pending felony drug charge after being taken into custody Thursday morning by the highway patrol. The patrol report indicates that 29-year-old Damien Bennett faces a felony possession of a controlled substance charge along with a misdemeanor charge for possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia. Bennett also faces pending traffic-related charges in connection to the arrest. He was taken to the Camden County and placed on a 24-hour hold.
