More recognition on a national level for a lake area community. Respondents in a recent poll conducted by travel site Expedia have ranked Camdenton as one of the top destinations to visit in the country. The survey asked participants to rank the best small to medium cities, and Camdenton came in in the top 25. Natural attractions, including Ha Ha Tonka state park and Bridal Cave, great restaurants, golf courses, lakeside resorts, and festivals were named among the reasons for the attraction.
