It’s been a busy month for the Camdenton Police Department with several arrests and a bomb scare topping their list. According to a press release, over 12 residents where arrested including four individuals on stealing charges. Those who were arrested for stealing include 26 year old Heidi Colliver, 25 year old Michael Shepherd, 20 year old Emily Matthews and 32 year old Jacqueline Crow. A few disturbances and 2 drug charges top the list along with a call to Wal-Mart for a harassing phone call that lead to an evacuation of the building when officials wanted to make sure the calls were false. Within 30 minutes the building was deemed safe and residents where allowed back in. The police department also checked over 540 businesses during the period.
