Camdenton R-III Studying Future Personnel Needs

Camdenton R-III School Board members have been looking at staffing needs ahead of the 2020-21 school year. At their last meeting they heard a report on personnel needs for the district.

Superintendent Dr. Tim Hadfield says getting the right balance of student-to-teacher ratio is important, and it’s their duty to make sure they have the staff they need. That doesn’t always mean adding personnel.

The superintendent says the district has reduced staff through attrition when needed due to a downtick in the number of students enrolled in the school.
