The Camdenton R-III school board has approved the addition of some new courses for students. One of them is a pharmacy technician class offered through LCTC. Another course approved by the board is for hospitality and tourism management. Both classes provide tools that students can use right here at the lake or anywhere they choose to travel. Superintendent Dr. Tim Hadfield says the new classes are designed to help prepare students for an immediate move into the work force. The board gave approval to the new courses at their meeting Monday night.
