The Camdenton School District Board of Education is meeting this morning, with the task of passing the budget for the next school year. Board members will vote on amendments, then Superintendent Tim Hadfield will present the budget for approval. It’s about a 45 million dollar spending plan. At the last meeting, the district was still about 130-thousand dollars away from a balanced budget. The Board may be moving some levy money from the capital improvements to incidentals to cover salaries.
