The city of Camdenton is going to save some money on an upcoming waterline replacement project. Plans to replace over 3500 feet of waterline have come in under bid, according to a report from City Administrator Jeff Hancock. The bid was awarded to Drill Tech, Inc. with a price tag of just over $207,000. The winning bid was nearly $39,000 under budget. A pre-construction meeting for the project is scheduled for Tuesday. The board of aldermen will hear more about it at their meeting Tuesday night.
