Two people are injured following a crash that knocked out power for hours over the weekend in Lake Ozark.

According to the Highway Patrol, 37-year-old Erin Tiller of Columbia was traveling west on Carol Road when she crossed over the center line, struck a sign, then a driveway edge and crashed into an electric pole.

The pole then collapsed, causing a second pole to also snap, sending the wires down onto the ground, smashing into a car driven by 40-year-old Anthony Martin also of Columbia.

Both Tiller and her passenger had minor injuries and were taken to Lake Regional for treatment.

Ameren Missouri was able to restore power by early morning on Sunday.
