An Eldon man faces multiple charges after he is ejected from his vehicle Sunday night.
Thirty-six-year old Clifford Branstetter was driving his 1994 Eagle east on Business 54, just west of Highway 54 in Miller County when he lost control and the vehicle went off the right then the left side of the road. The Eagle overturned and Branstetter, who was not wearing a seat belt, was ejected. The Eldon man was flown by the Staff For Life to University Hospital in Columbia.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol has charged the Eldon man with Driving While Intoxicated second offense, not wearing a seat belt, driving with someone else’s plates, not having insurance, and not having a driver’s license.
