A group of CPA’s is saying the City of Lake Ozark is in good shape financially.
One official says it’s all about being prepared for the worst while keeping numerous revenue streams open.
City Administrator Dave Van Dee.
He tells KRMS News Lake Ozark is audited each year by an independent auditor that goes over the city’s finances.
Van Dee says the city right now could keep paying police, public safety and other expenses for six months if it had to.
Van Dee also says looking ahead is made easier given the city sits in both Camden and Miller counties.
