All News Friday, March 20th, 2020

Effectively immediately, all city facilities…including the city park…in Versailles have been shut down to the public. The city issued a statement with Mayor Terry Silvey saying the city is forced to respond the continuing evolving situation in regard to the global spread of COVID-19. The city continues to provide other normal services with city hall to be staffed under normal business hours between 8:00am-4:30pm. Front door access will be closed but there is a drop box to use for utility and municipal court payments. The public works building is also closed to the public. Trash will, however, continue to be picked up on normal days. The changes in Versailles will be re-evaluated on April 6th.
