Cleanup Underway At King’s Plaza Following Devastating Storm

Cleanup continues after strong storms nearly destroy the King’s Plaza in Osage Beach.

Speaking to our news partner KY 3 TV, business owner Della Ray says the storm was like nothing she’s ever experienced before.

Her husband Jack says it only lasted a few seconds.

Crews from the National Weather Service are still examining the damage and will likely determine if it was straight line winds or a micro-burst in the coming days.

Several businesses were either mostly damaged or totally destroyed in the complex.
