Climax Springs Drug Bust

Officers from the Camden County Sheriff’s Office and Lake Area Narcotics Enforcement Group executed a search warrant in the 100 Block of Drennon Chapel Drive in Climax Springs today. Camden County Sheriff SDwight Franklin says they seized 12 pounds of marijuana, with a street value of $40,000.00, packaging material, drug paraphernalia, two firearms, ammunition, and over $2,600 in cash. One person has been taken into custody and is currently being held at the Camden County Adult Detention Facility pending formal charges.
