A Climax Springs man is free on bond after being arrested for, allegedly, being found with methamphetamine.

Camden County Sheriff Tony Helms says that deputies responded to an area of Dodd’s Camp Road after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle backed into a private drive.

When deputies arrived, contact was made with the driver, 56-year-old Donald Vaughan, Junior, who had the meth and paraphernalia in his pockets.

Vaughan was transported to the Camden County Jail and has been formally charged with possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
