A 42-year-old accused of having a meth lab and paraphernalia inside his home near a Lake Ozark elementary school is scheduled to be back in the courtroom later this month. Steven Little is charged in Miller County with one class-A felony of distribution of a controlled substance in a protected location and one class-B felony of manufacturing a controlled substance within two-thousand feet of a school or college. Little was arrested in early October after Lake Ozark police and the Mid-Missouri Drug Task Force executed a search warrant at the home in the 1300-block of School Road…less than 200 feet from Heritage Elementary. Little has been granted a furlough in the case and is scheduled to appear for a case review on the 21st of this month. A motion to reduce his $200-thousand bond was recently overruled by the court.
