Crews continue to battle the state’s most recent snow storm. While some progress has been made, drifting snow and extremely cold temperatures have made clearing roadways slow going. Randy Aulbur, mo-dot’s central district maintenance engineer says motorists should still be prepared for partly covered roads today and should slow down and allow extra time for commutes. Mo-dot crews will continue to work around the clock to restore state routes to near normal conditions. A wind chill advisory also remains in effect today for the KRMS listening area.
