Schools throughout the lake area are getting ready to open soon.

Many are offering both seated and virtual classes because of Covid-19.

One Lake Area school district says they won’t be requiring masks for their students.

Crocker Superintendent of Schools Gary Doerhoff says they will have several other health and safety procedures in place to protect staff and students, including temperature checks before entering the school.

He says the district has plans it can switch to if the coronavirus becomes serious problem.
