A Macks Creek man accused in the shooting deaths of two Dallas County residents is scheduled to be arraigned Wednesday. Jeffery Stevenson was originally charged with two counts of second-degree murder and one count each of second-degree burglary, stealing a motor vehicle, and armed criminal action. He’s one of two people that authorities allege was responsible for the slaying of Joe and Brandy Allen last October. The second defendant, Billy Sage Medley, is scheduled for a preliminary hearing January 18th.
