The official dates for oral arguments in opposition to the Affordable Care Act are announced.
The United States Supreme Court will hear five plus hours of arguments against the nation’s health care law on March 26th, 27th, and 28th.
Karen Harned is the Executive Director of the National Federation of Independent Business, a group that will argue a portion of the challenges before the nation’s highest court.
Harned says the logic is pretty simple.
The amount of time planned to be spent on the case is rare.
Five separate arguments against the act will be heard with a judgement sometime in the early summer.
