A Montreal woman facing criminal charges as a result of a fatal accident has entered pleas of “not guilty” and will be back in court next month. Jessie Rae Underwood-Wilson is charged with DWI-death of another and DWI-serious physical injury in relation to a crash on Carroll Cave Road last September. That wreck claimed the life of 21-year old Samantha Holmes of Camdenton. It also resulted in injuries to 21-year old Hannah Gehner, also of Camdenton. All three were in the same vehicle when it went off the road and hit a tree.
