Developers are expected to buy the former High Pointe Shopping Center, this month, and proceed with construction for the new Dierbergs. The Osage Beach Board of Aldermen approved an ordinance allowing the city to issue notes in connection with the five million dollar Tax Increment Financing Agreement. Board members also approved an ordinance that sets up a payment plan for the Osage Beach Fire Protection District, which will receive 50 percent of the taxes generated within the Dierbergs TIF agreement property.
